Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Database Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. This position is suitable for a recent graduate or a someone initiating their career in database management, eager to learn and grow within a supportive organization. The primary task is maintaining and improving our databases to ensure their integrity, security, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, implementation, and optimization of database management systems and related technologies.
- Supervise database performance, implement modifications, and deploy new patches and versions as required.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize SQL queries and resolve technical issues.
- Perform regular database backups and recovery to ensure data preservation and integrity.
- Guarantee thorough documentation of database configurations, methodologies, and project activities.
- Enable user access and data retrieval in accordance with privacy standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of database standards and policies.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance database management skills.
Qualifications:
- Essential understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data modeling.
- Skilled in database administration systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.

Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:

Compensation and Benefits:
- $55,900 - $67,100 annually (depending on experience and qualifications).
